About Lynsey Wolfe

Raised in Lake County since 1990, I bring more than three decades of local knowledge to every real estate journey. I’ve lived, learned, worked, invested, and raised my family here — and that lifelong connection gives my clients a true advantage in today’s market. Having moved frequently as a child, I understand the stress and emotion that come with transitioning homes, and I’m committed to making the process as smooth and supportive as possible.


Anyone who knows me will tell you I genuinely love people. Since becoming a real estate agent in 2019, I’ve taken great pride in building meaningful relationships grounded in trust, communication, and attentive care. My priority is simple: listen closely, understand both WANTS and NEEDS, and guide clients with clarity and enthusiasm. Real estate isn’t just a transaction for me — it’s a partnership.


After graduating from the University of Illinois with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Sociology, I returned to Antioch and purchased my first home with my husband. My career at Medline Industries allowed me to grow from customer support to Senior Product Management, strengthening the customer service, problem‑solving, and leadership skills that serve my clients today.


As our family grew — three energetic boys! — we settled in Libertyville, drawn to its charm, traditions, and outstanding schools. More recently, we built a new home in downtown Libertyville, an experience that deepened my understanding of what it takes to purchase land, work with builders, navigate construction timelines, and make design decisions. Whether you're dreaming of building new, planning a major renovation, or simply wanting to understand the process, I can help you make informed choices every step of the way.


My husband and I also own rental properties in the area, giving me firsthand experience with investment strategy, landlord responsibilities, and the unique considerations that come with income‑producing real estate. This insight allows me to confidently guide clients exploring rentals, investment purchases, or expanding their property portfolio.
